NAVIGATING THE APPLICATION FORM
Each screen (or page) of the form includes a Form Navigation menu. This links directly to every page of the application – just click the name of the section to jump straight there.
You can also move through the form using the 'Next Page' and 'Previous Page' buttons at the top or bottom of each page.
SAVING YOUR DRAFT APPLICATION
To save a partially completed application:
Click 'Save and Close', then log out.
When you log back in and click 'My Submissions' at the top of the screen, you will see a list of draft and submitted applications.
Click on your draft application to reopen it and continue where you left off.
You can also download your draft or submitted application as a PDF by clicking the 'Download PDF' button at the bottom of the final page of the application form.
SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
When you are ready to submit:
Click the 'Review and Submit' button at the bottom of the navigation panel.
Review your application carefully.
Click 'Submit' at the top or bottom of the screen.
Note:
You cannot submit your application until all required questions are completed and there are no validation errors.
Once submitted, you cannot edit your application or upload any further documents.
After submission, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your application attached. This will be sent to the email address you used to register.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application may not have been submitted.
Check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
ATTACHMENTS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
You may be required to upload supporting documents. To do this:
Ensure the files are saved on your computer or device.
Upload one file at a time, waiting for each to fully upload before attaching the next.
Files can be up to 25MB each. However, we recommend keeping files under 5MB to avoid delays.
WORKING IN A GROUP OR TEAM
Multiple people can work on an application using the same login, but only one person should edit the form at a time. Make sure to save regularly to avoid losing any work.
SPELL CHECK
Most modern internet browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari) have built-in spell check functionality. You can turn this on or off in your browser settings.
